»Classica« sterilization reels and pouches.
Arrowpack Classica see trough, easy aseptic presentation, sterilization packaging reels and pouches are only made of the best adapted medical grade materials. For the manufacturing of Arrowpack Classica reels, medical grade paper is used in combination with transparent tough and durable PET/PP multiply film.
All Arrowpack reels are produced under clean room conditions.
Arrowpack Classica has 3 special indicators. It is designed for steam, ETO and formaldehyde sterilization procedures.
For indicator print we are using a special non toxic heavy metal free ink.
Arrowpack indicators are printed in seal area in order to prevent migration of ink into the pouch and possible contamination of packed medical devices.
During the sterilization process, Arrowpack indicators provide significant colour change to green (Steam and Formaldehyde), and yellow (EO).
In order to reduce the risk storage and transport, Arrowpack reels are packed in strong plastic PE covers and high quality protective boxes. Instructions for use are printed symbolically according to standard EN 15223-1:2012
All Arrowpack sterilization reels are produced according to standard ISO EN11607-1&2 and EN868-5
